In between apartment shopping, my days off are spent really relaxing. Today I went to the Van Vleck House in Montclair, NJ. This hidden gem has interesting architecture and beautiful plant-life. As for the look, ’tis the season to layer. Olive and beige are staples in my outfits, but I made the sweater pop with it’s red-orange hue. I also loved the repp pattern on the front as well, giving it almost a collegiate look. Pieces like that rarely go out of style. Speaking of things that will stand the test of time, the sturdy boots from Duluth Trading will be in my arsenal for quite eras to come.
